Neiko is a 9 year old male, neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. He is having a difficult time with the young children in the family. The issues are being created by the children not him, he is protecting himself so the owners feel a need to give him up. I have not met him yet but he sounds like a wonderful boy who needs to be in a home with older children.
