All paid club members may submit photographs of their Siberian(s), with appropriate descriptive catch-phrases, for inclusion in the contest:
"Adult Photo Gallery"- Siberians from twelve months and older. You may submit your Siberian(s) photo after the month in which they turn one during the year submitted;
"Puppy Photo Gallery"- Siberians less than one year old. You may submit your Siberian(s) photo through the month they turn one during the year submitted. After your Siberian(s) turns one, you may submit your Siberian(s) photo after the month in which they turn one during the year submitted in the "Adult Photo Gallery";
"Comedy Photo Gallery"" - Siberians in funny or active poses conveying humor or excitement during the year submitted. Any age allowed.
All photographs will be numbered in order of their arrival to the club's Webmaster for inclusion on the webpage and the contest. Photographs may be sent by regular mail to SHCR-SNE Photo Contest, P.O. Box 92, Southport, Connecticut 06890 or emailed to webmaster@siberianrescue-sne.org.
Between September 1st and August 31st, club members current in their membership dues may submit photographs of their Siberian(s) and will be eligible to vote during the month of September, by number assigned to each photograph, for the four (4) "Best of Gallery" photographs in each category.
Each photograph tallying the most votes in the "Adult Photo Gallery", the "Puppy Photo Gallery" and the "Comedy Photo Gallery" will receive a special award at the club's Fall General Membership Meeting in October. All four winning photographs in each category will be included in the SHCR-SNE Club Calender for the year following. The club calendar will be available through the Club Store each December.
Be imaginative in your submittals. Take action shots, tender moments, extreme comedy, family vacation, stop action racing, … There is no limit to the photographic opportunities created by our Siberians.
